Bill Carrington-Smith was born to be a musician. After graduating from NC State University with a minor in music he played professional drums for the band Liv4Now that did such venues as the Carolina Hurricanes games. Liv4Now had a seven-year run and mostly played Local. After building a successful business he is able to follow his life's passion ready to go anywhere anytime as Outside the Beltline's drummer.
Michael Gregory is a veteran guitarist, singer, and songwriter with many years of stage and studio experience. One of his former bands, the Agents, was featured on two compilation “Rock to Riches” albums and toured extensively playing clubs, colleges and universities, festivals, and private events, as well as appearing on several television programs. The band was invited to open shows for numerous national and international touring acts, including the Clash, A Flock of Seagulls, Marshall Crenshaw, Steve Morse, and the Producers. Michael is now a vocalist and lead guitarist for Raleigh’s Outside the Beltline.

Randy W. Edwards is a native of Raleigh, NC and has played the area for 3 decades, with The Blind Venitians, Liv4Now and Dixon Bridge. He plays electric and acoustic bass, guitar and banjo. Randy is now the bass player and backing vocalist with Outside the Beltline.
